How to book
This is a Self-Catering Holiday home, individual rooms cannot be booked, the booking is for the entire house. The maximum occupancy is for 8 people.
To confirm the booking we require a deposit (normally it's 30% of the total price although there are a few exceptions where a higher deposit is payable).
If your holiday commences in less than two weeks full payment will be due when you book.
If you haven't already told us, we will also need to know:
Your postal address
A telephone number we can contact you on (ideally a mobile number, especially if you will be travelling with it)
The number in your party and children's ages.
The passport numbers of all members of your party (a requirement under Spanish law).
As soon as we have received your deposit, we will send you a Confirmation of Booking, showing details of your reservation, the amount paid, the balance due for payment and when it is due. So that you have the most up to date information, we will also send you maps and directions to your holiday home and any other relevant information two weeks before your arrival date. We send all of this information by email.
Any outstanding balance is normally due two weeks before the commencement of your holiday.
How to pay
By bank transfer - you can pay by bank transfer (your bank might charge you something for making the transfer). Our bank details are available on request.
Once we have received the monies into the bank accout we will confirm your booking.
Any cancellation must be notified to us in writing (this includes e-mail) by the person who has contracted the holiday. Please note that any such notification is only deemed to have been received by us when we confirm that we have received it.
If such notification is received more than 8 days before the holiday commencement date, only the bank charges will be retained by us. Otherwise, the following charges apply, which are based on the expenses and charges suffered by us as a result of cancellation: 7 days o less before arrival 100%.
Please note that we strongly recommend that all members of the holiday party obtain appropriate travel and personal insurance cover, which should enable you to recover monies paid to us in the event of cancellation due to ill health etc.
If the guest wishes to alter or amend the booking, we will always do our best to comply with the request.
Occasionally a change may have to be made by us to confirmed arrangements after a booking has been made. If a major change becomes necessary which we consider could seriously affect the enjoyment of the holiday home, we will give the guest the option of accepting the changed arrangements, or a cancellation of the holiday cottage with full refund of all monies paid.
The guest is responsible for the house while occupying the property and is expected to take reasonable care of it and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition. Any damages are the responsibility of the guest, and their cost shall be refundable on demand.
Guests are kindly requested to replace breakages prior to departure.
We do not wish to have dissatisfied customers but in the event that you (the guest) are not entirely satisfied with the service offered, you should inform the owner immediately so that they can rectify the problem.
While personal insurance for accident, illness and injury is highly recommended, European Union nationals please note that national health service is provided to them free of charge in Spain. However, in order to benefit from this free service, they must bring with them a European Health Card (previously known as an E111 form in the UK). In the UK this form is available from Post Offices.
